Sure; I think they'd just work normally. It's two different effects, after all; Master Wand allows you to lose a prepared spell or spell slot instead of a wand charge to discharge a wand, and Metamagic Spell Trigger allows you to apply a metamagic feat to the effect of the wand discharge.
