would the incarnate's touch attack/range touch attacks stack with the scouts damage bonue? for moving 10 foot.

I ask since the incarnates attack are all standard actions they only get 1 per round i was wondering if the scouts damage would add?

Why wouldnt it?
As long as you're actually making an attack roll and doing damage, why wouldnt skirmish apply?

just wondering then would the 'sighted gloves' incarname ability stack with the acid spitting attack? At the moment I often use the fire mantal, and then get into melee attack and spit acid, which gives them an attack of opportunity which if they take and hit with, the fire mantle does its damage. I guess I'm just looking at way i might be able to increase me damage a little

I was just toying around with the idea of multiclassing, but with 11 straight levels and 1200xp from lvl 12, I think i should drop the multiclassing idea, the incarnate at this stage for me probable shouldn't be multiclassed out of, and i can't seem to find a good PrC that would go nicely with it.

Technically, you probably couldnt combine the two incarnum melds. Sighting Gloves give a bonus to a ranged weapon. The Dissolving Spittle meld isnt really giving you a 'weapon' per say, it's giving you an ability that's an attack. But if I was DMing it, I wouldnt worry about it.

It is as much as "ranged weapon" as a Warlock's Eldritch Blast. Of course they would stack.

A warlock's blast is a ranged attack. But it's not a ranged weapon attack. Sighting Gloves specificallys mention damage rolls made on ranged weapons. Dissolving Spittle does not give you a ranged weapon. It lets you make ranged attacks with a natural ability. Yes, it's an incredibly anal reading of it, (and I've already mentioned I'd probably go with a more a lenient ruling) but by the letter of the ruling they dont stack.

Thats interesting my DM has rules against it, i think its because at lower levels i was out damaging everybody, such is the nature of touch attacks against having to hit ACs.

I wonder now that its a lot more balanaced if i were to try and discuss the case with him again he would allow it. though i'm about to go to 6d6 touch attack with acid so he might still be against it, and its not like i can have multipul attacks, where as we have one guy who is wielding a keen elven court blade with i think 3 attacks

I find it an oddity; it's not a ranged weapon, instead being a ranged attack... however, how does it compare to spells such as Melf's Acid Arrow. Could you get sighting gloves bonus with that effect?

Cheers!
