Introducing ultramarines – a warhammer 40,000 movie!

While I'm not a big fan of Warhammer (in the sense that I don't know much about it), but I am so looking forward to any movie featuring marines in powered armor.

I am both extremely excited and incredibly nervous.

I am excited because I have played 40k for years and as soon as I saw the opening video for Dawn of War 1 (the video for DoW 2 was rather lame) I knew that they could finally deliver on a movie.

The core of my nervousness comes from the fact that this film will have to receive a rating of "R" (or equivalent) in order for the WH40k universe to be portrayed properly. I don't have a problem with this, hell I DEMAND a restrictive rating. However, it may hurt its marketability and they may just tone things down too much. Seriously, this film should be 70 minutes of never-ending bolter fire, explosions, intense gore, religious zealotry and ideally, a heavy metal soundtrack. Anything else and its just not the 40k universe.
