No more ridiculous than stating that all card content will appear in hard copy elsewhere without knowing for sure.

Then it's a good thing I never said they would appear in hard copy in any of my posts. I said, just like the article that announced the changes, that the powers would appear on the D&D Compendium. Even if I had claimed that they would appear in hard copy, which I did not, the article itself suggests that it may be entirely possible that they will appear in hard copy.

So, I have an actual official source for my actual claim of where the powers will be published. Even the claim which you falsely attribute to me is given support by the article. Your claim, however, has no support from anything but your own mind.

Just as a curiosity, if the game goes in the direction that I think it might, why does that get you so worked up?

It doesn't. What bothers me is people passing off falsehoods or unsubstantiated claims or predictions as if they had some kind of actual support. If actual support is provided, my objections dissipate, because I'm interested in fact in these scenarios, not predictions based on someone's bias.

The last dozen times I've mentioned 4e, I've very specifically stated that I wasn't arguing for or against it. Try again. Or better yet, by all means, quote where I've attacked 4e.

I mentioned in another thread that some people cannot talk about 4e and it's detracters without devolving into rabies, and you, Raven, are currently foaming at the mouth and snapping at everything in sight.

You mean to say that you aren't acting like the 3e fans are some kind of victims, being attacked by the "rabid" 4e fans? You're trying to say that you don't have a history (short, yet full of many posts in that short time) of trashing 4e or insulting 4e fans, because you haven't done in the last 12 posts (which is 2 days of posting with your posts/day)?

If I had access to the search function, I'd readily provide several examples. Unfortunately, I don't have access to it, and I have neither the time nor inclination to dig through thousands of threads to find the dozens of examples.

Sigh point of fact rather ya like it or not this place is known second only to wotc's bords as 4e haven. I stopped posting here for many months cause I was tired of being f lammed for not liking 4e. It has got better but it still happens , alot. Play what ya like. Fork another thread to duke it out if ya need to before this one gets more derailed more and closed.

I have never seen anyone flamed for not liking 4e on these forums. I've seen them flamed for not liking 4e and using that as justification for insulting people who like it with the terms I laid out earlier. Can you point to me where people are flamed simply for disliking it, with no actual insults (direct or implied) towards the people that like 4e?

I'm still incredulous that some folks 'remember' the switch from 2E->3E as smoother than 3E->4E. At least 4E has the same core mechanics as 3E.
