I just called to Japan Post and found that neither they nor Japan Custom have not yet recognized the packages. The packages are still in somewhere between USA and Japan. Hmmmm....

I would use FedEx or UPS for international if I had a choice. Airmail is faster than surface. Encourage them to provide future customers with tracking information.
How was it sent? It all really depends on how lazy the people are in delivering it. The seller could have wasted time. The postman could have taken 1 too many coffee breaks.
