Is Pathfinder basically a "cloned" D&D 3.0/3.5?

I don't see this angle at all though it is a clone to a large degree. PF is probably what they knew would happen with the SRD eventually I'm sure. PF is not a game I like at all but Paizo is a great company putting out a product a lot of people love with no nefarious motives. I like the idea of building on earlier games, PF is not a pure 3.5 clone as they have tweaked and modified.

I've met the owner's of Paizo and even gamed with one of the top executives. They've dome absolutely nothing wrong, and frankly creates a much better gaming system when compared to D&D 3.5.
