"Won't be necessary, thanks. You've already done the hard work," the guard responds to Oskar. He takes the spiked gauntlets off the ruffians and hands them to him. "Here, a reward. You'll find more use for them than we will." They are of exceptional quality for a pair so unrefined.

The beggar greedily accepts Possum's gold and winks. "Oh, heh, nothing, nothing at all. Just the guard finally doing those Spungelli Brothers in, nothing more. No one liked them much around here, couldn't help no one, and only liked shaking down the likes of us. Oh, no, just some guards doing their job."

Oskar raises an eyebrow and turns to face his partners to guage their response.

Dianna shrugs when Oskar raised his eyebrow and turned to look at her. She is merely glad that none of her party were seriously injured at the end of the fight.

Oskar looks up at the night sky, "First thing in the morning. We should try to get a full night's rest before trying to 'deal' with Scrate."
Oskar places the spiked gauntlets in his pack, unsure of what to do with them.
