Jeff Dee Art Gallery Update

D&D pics updated

I've added a bunch of pics to the Misc D&D section of the Jeff Dee Gallery. I re-organized the D&D page - it is now broken down by individual module. New pics are from the A1, A2, A3, C1, C2, D1-2, Q1 module series. I'll add more pics from other modules as I get to them. ;)

Gallery Update

I've updated the Jeff Dee Gallery. I gave the AD&D module scans their own page with new pics from the G1-2-3, S3, and T1 modules.

The Misc D&D Art page now contains new pics from the Fiend Folio, and the odd pic from the 'B2 Keep on the Borderlands' & 'B3 Palace of the Silver Princess' modules.

I'm in the process of scanning more pics to add to the Deities & Demigods page but haven't finished it yet. Soon. ;)

Cheers,
Tim

Back on topic, Jeff Dee was definitely my fave artist back in the day. His depictions of the Melnibonean & Nehwon gods in the original DDG were great. I was never a big fan of Erol Otus back then, funny enough. Now he's one of my favorites and I find that Dee's work doesn't resonate the way it used to.

I don't have the D&DG with the Melnibonean gods, but the Nehwon ones were done by Paul Jaquays (he did most, if not all of them).

Y'know I'm a big fan of the site already Turgenev and an updated Jeff Dee gallery is brilliant. Keep them coming!

Jeff Dee is my ultimate fav artist, just ahead of Otus and Trampier.

You've got pretty much all of the classics there, but see if you can't sneak in his cover for the re-release of the Tomb of Horrors. ;)

Thanks for the link Colonel. Can't wait to see more of it.

Cheers Turgenev. Thanks again. :)

Someone jog my memory, here...

Who did the pic in Fiend Folio (1E) with the fighter and the lizardmen on the ruined temple/pyramid?

I'm not sure who did that pic, but it is a great image though. I don't recognize the signature or the style. Does anyone know who the artist is? Click on the image below to see a larger version.

Cheers,

Thanks, Todd. I have more Deities & Demigods pics coming, plus some more misc D&D pics. I'm also working on a V&V cover gallery (which I hope to include every V&V product published thanks to friends on the mailing list). While they won't be all Jeff Dee images, a good chunk of them will be. :) I also hope to add some of Jeff Dee's Top Secret art (hey, Hellhound! :)) when I get the chance. If anyone else has any Jeff Dee images that aren't up at the gallery, feel free to email me: hartin@paratime.ca

If I can get a copy of the pic, I would certainly do so. ;)

After searching for the Jeff Dee pics, I'm now tempted to start an Erol Otus art gallery. Where will it end? :)
