D&D General JMISBEST's questions. Most of them about campaign ideas that either he or A GM he knows has and wants to know what people think

Sure. Why not? All that is plausible.
I've just realized something, my copy of the 1st edition Advanced Dnd Rulebook says you can't cast 7th level spells until you reach 14th level rather then 13th level like every other edition of Dnd. Is that true? or is that a error in my copy of the 1st edition Advanced Dnd Rulebook

Each edition changes the rules around (some quite dramatically). If that is what your copy of the rules say, I’m sure it is accurate for that edition.

But since its the only copy of the 1st edition Advanced Dnd Rulebook I've ever read I wanted to know if it was a printing error or if you really did have to wait until 14th level before you can cast 7th level Spells in 1st edition Advanced Dnd Ruleboo

You could build a campaign around the young mage accidentally “casting” Cacodaemon whilst examining her inherited books. The demon, for whatever reason ( I’d go for another part of the inheritance, such as an otherwise unremarkable amulet), leaves the young mage alone but goes on to cause death and destruction in the region.
The young mage and her friends then have to find a way to banish the terrible outsider and save the innocents. At level 1, it’s going to take a while and could include a quest to unlock the power of the amulet.

Sorry, my copy is buried under a mountain of stuff, so I can’t check. I highly doubt it’s a printing error though. I’m not sure why you would doubt it. If that’s what it says, I’m sure it’s right. You can’t judge based on other editions.

Its because in every other edition of Dnd I've either GM'd for or played in Magic Users got access to 7th level Spells at 13th level not 14th level so I assumed it was a printing error

Can confirm, in 1st edition 7th level spells are level 14, 8th are 16, 9th are 18. Which does mean that 12 and 13 are both "no spell levels". Later editions evened out spell progression tables (amongst other minor changes).

Can I please have people's thoughts on 3 oversights I've noticed on the rules for domains in 2nd edition Dnd?

The 1st is that even though the rules in the supplement for Domains say thaat members of none humans race can't create a domain within a human realm they don't say that a human can't create a domain in a none human realm, for example theirs nothing saying that a human can't create a domain within a Elven Realm

The 2nd is that even though the rules ain the supplement for Domains say that members of none humans race can't create a domain within a human realm the rules in the supplement for Domain also saym that Adventurers can earn rulership of Domains and they don't say that a member of a none human race can't earn a domain within a human realm, for example theirs nothing saying that a Elf can't earn a domain within A Human Realm

The 3rd is that even though the rules in the supplement for Domains say that members of none humans race can't create a domain within a human realm theirs nothing saying that they can't create a domain within the realm of a different none human race that's of similar alignment that's their race is on good terms with, for example theirs nothing saying that A Dwarf can't can't earn a domain within A Gnomish Realm
