The DNA had to be done again however what will this prove if the child is still with Kern? i believe that this is still very premature. The baby should have been placed at the very beginning in a neutral enviornment before any tests were conducted.
As is the DNA will be done. This cross matched with the child to determine the child being of the same person. So this is enlightening because hopefully until such litigation is completed the child will be in a better enviornment and cared for as well as at home. Even though strange people the baby will be living in its best interests with anna nicole smiths family.
Anna Nicole Smith i still see was used by Kern with his plan in place which in the long range did not have anna nicole smith in it. But the baby was the guarranttee as this thing with the marshall estate played itself through. With his name on everything he thought a slam dunk in his favor. Of course he would be the beneficuary? Howard Kerns law degree does not entitle him to practice outside of the state of california unless he took the bar in other states to be entitled in those states to also practice. As for the Bahamas same goes there also. Therefore Kern is show and that is all. Legally there is nothing that he can do.

There could also have been as well politics in this which could have also placed some business arrangements which may have not been attainable in the past? I betcha the marshall attorney is aware of that also?

An economical or finance terrorist to bust the world market or to discredit marshall on the world market. To take the estate one way or the other. There are multiple possibilitiees and nothing would suprise me anymore.
