WhatKu said:
"I know that it purifies undead. No clue what it looks like, who made it, where it is, how to get it, if its guarded, or if it has something to do with that pool the others are searching for"
Morring glances around out of habit, sitting forward like this was getting to his back, but he wasn't in the mood to remove his sword and shield. His voice, he kept low, "It is a chalice of some sort from what I know..."

*As you all converse (or not as the case may be), Crilly will return to your tables to see to the new arrivals.*

"Would you care for some food, noble sirs? Perhaps a room for the night?"

Undinar arranges rooms for him and Winter for the night. He will also see to food for the two of them using the coin that he has been given. Then he will return to the table and wait for his companions decision.

*Crilly will smile and nod when Undinar asks about the rooms.*

"Of course my lord. They will be ready for you when you've finished your meal. What would you care to eat? We have some excellent stew, fresh fruit, and fresh fish, well-seasoned."

Waving over more drinks for his freinds, Halark smiles at the others.
"Hmmm. I suppose the only thing left to do is either confront the noble about a job offer, or get thoroughly intoxicated, pass out, and hope the artifact shows up in the morning. Either option seems fine right about now. By Kelmvor's Touch, this was a great idea, sending us to get an important artifact with 3 people."

Morrin turns to inquire about a room, realizing it just might help some. Looking back to the others, he smiled and nods, "I doubt it will just show up...but we can dream, can we not?"

Whisper nods, then furrows his brow as Halark's remarks sink in. He must not have been serious about sending three people. So he must have meant that they should go talk to the noble.

Never one to sit around (or watch his friend get drunk...silly custom that), the saurial stands up and looks around at everyone.

Undinar Deptholas, water genasi Living Spell

In responce to Crilly's question, Undinar says, "I will have the fish, as will my companion. I would also like another bowl of fruit as well, thank you. Oh, and my companion would like a glass of wine, please."

Undinar hopes he isnt presuming too much about his friend's tastes, as he is still getting used to this position of subservience.

*Crilly nods to Undinar, and returns to the bar. After a few minutes, the serving girl, Crilly's daughter you're assuming, comes out with two plates of fresh fish, a bottle of wine, two glasses, and two bowls of fruit. All but one bowl she sets before Undinar and Winter.*

"There you are my lords. Is there anything else you'd care for?"

*After hearing their requests (or lack thereof), she walks over to Whisper and puts the other bowl of fresh fruit before him.*

"K'dix, livakrek," she murmurs to you. Though her accent isn't quite right, it's recognizably Draconic for "Greetings m'lord." "Sekis wux tuor achthend zat kib ssifisv?" ("Would youl like food or a place to rest?")

*Whisper, as you were standing up, you noticed there are less than ten people in the room, not counting those that just came in. Two are sitting near Halark and Dorcha, both Chultan men wearing fine silk and jewelry. There are three younger men sitting at a table near the bar, eating fish and having an intense conversation. A man and a woman of northern stock, probably from near Calimshan, are quietly talking, often touching one another's arm or face as they speak. And there was a tall, thin Chultan man near the door, but now he walks over to Halark and Morrin. He wears gray robes, and around his neck is a wooden pendent carved to resemble a maze.*

*Halark, as you speak with Morrin, Dorcha has something to offer.*

"If this artifact is indeed a cup that purifies evil, perhaps it is located near where there is something to fill the cup," he says, taking a thoughtful sip of his drink.

*Morrin, as you converse with Halark, a tall thin Chultan man wearing a maze pendent walks over to you. He is perhaps just past middle age, judging by the lines on his face, though it is hard to tell from his hair, as his head is covered with a neat gray cap. All in all, he's a striking contrast to the bright colors that everyone else in Chult seems to favor. He walks over to you and inclines his head.*

"Greetings in the name of the Mazemaker," he says politely. Morrin and Halark, you recognize his symbol as that of Ubtao, the Creator of Chult.
