Just a couple ?'s (Flying and Subdual Substitution)

Just a couple quickies

If a creature has a fly speed of, say 60 ft (Perfect) and then has a Medium load, what happens to both speed and manuverabilty? What about a Heavy Load?

And if I use Subdual Substitution on a Lightning Bolt and attack a creature imune to Electricity, do they take subdual damage? No damage? Thanks

It would take subdual damage. The energy type is replaced. Here's the relevant part of the feat description...

The subdual spell works normally in all respects except the type of damage dealt. For example, a subdual fireball spell works in the usual way, but the subdual fireball deals subdual damage instead of fire damage.

I'm fairly sure the ruling is you can't fly with anymore than a light load (note that the DMG / MM has this listed as meidum, but it has been revised since).

Now that I think about it, does this apply to the fly spell as well?

No. The Fly spell specifically drops the speed from 90 ft to "60 ft if the creature wears medium or heavy armor". Since medium or heavy armor produces the same effects on movement as a medium or heavy load, presumably the efect is the same for a creature in light or no armor, but carrying a medium or heavy load.
