Dex modifier should be +0
Divine Mettle should say target makes saving throw with +3 bonus.
I would also choose the damage type for the breath weapon, say Cold.
Dragonborn Paladin Level 2

On the second page, you need to add +1 to all the attack values.
Dragonborn Paladin Level 3
Dex modifier should be +0
Some attack values on page 2 are wrong.
Dwarf Fighter Level 1
Dagger attack should be +4 (+3 proficiency, +1 dex)
Dungeoneering says (Cha) should say (Wis)
Dwarf Fighter Level 2
Dagger attack should be +5 (+3 proficiency, +1 dex, +1 level)
Dungeoneering says (Cha) should say (Wis)
Dwarf Fighter Level 3
Dagger attack should be +5 (+3 proficiency, +1 dex, +1 level)

Half-elf Cleric Level 1
Divine Fortune should not have Martial and Weapon keywords, it should have the Divine keyword
You should include the +3 from healer's lore in all relevant powers (Healing Strike, Healing Word, and Beacon of Hope).
