OOC: Thanks for the info Kalaynr. Sorry I didnt know that. I posted and then remembered he had Thunder as a style. I thought I could edit it. I will know better next time. This is only my 3rd fight so I am still learning. I have a question. Normally you alternate going first, right? Or did he having Chi Strike let Kernall go first after the second hand was generated. I am not complaining. I just want to understand the rules better.

OOC- Not really a big issue. Indeed a Fighter with Chi Strike always goes first as long as they have it. If both fighters have Chi Strike the highest ranked one goes first until it is used. Can be a bit of a drag in a strat match, it allows the opponent to match his defence to your move which can bite. But used properly it can still be a very useful power.
