DC 15 + 1 + 2 = 18
(The 2 is half of the continuous damage fire damage)

Vinny- Standard Melee Attack with Lil Vinny (plus imbued SG spell): 1D20+10 = [7]+10 = 17 (miss)
(shocking grasp spell remains in rapier until Vinny manages to hit)
(should have been a +2 for flanking, which would have made it a hit.)
