I had two early meetings at work, I am looking at the list right now 10:18 AM. If someone wants to take belt of ruggedness, I'll take the dancing dagger.
Otherwise I'm taking the belt.

Where can I buy warlock scepter or similar items? Wizards district?

I noted 1 or two people wanting the belt also saying "If no-one else takes it" It's kind of the point of winning the draft: you can take it if you want it!

@MetaVoid and @Aust Thale both wanted it.

That said, I don't remember if anyone wanted the dancing dagger but I imagine someone will end up grabbing it.

Others have noted that they are interested in it, but you won the draft so you go first, take what you want. That's the whole point of doing it this way.

FYI, I'm only up for a little while. I couldn't fall back to sleep. There is a part of me that is still worried that this process still might lead to hard feelings among the group. It was 6 a.m. and I was laying in bed stressing out about how this going to work (in general).

It's 12:18 am here. I am just responding to a few boards / forums before calling it a night. The gloves of swimming & climbing is the only thing Tim would really be interested in. And of course, one or two more healing potions. Is there any way that Tim could purchase more healing potions?

Can you grab the gloves on your first pick? Otherwise, just grab something you can sell that nobody else wants.

Yeah, I wanted the belt, but as we saw in the combat with hydra, I'm mostly out of harms way.

I'm thinking at least two items for Tuck, if the character is going to remain as an NPC.

EDIT: Or, instead of the roll, I just enter him into the draft after Custodio and before Sobla. That would mean that Sobla wouldn't get as much.

Belt of healing doesn't have any period of attunement, you can drop one, put another, heal yourself and then take it off...or we can give it to Sobla, Spritewing, Tuck, Custodio etc...
