@Tellerian Hawke, you're up for Round 2. If you're going to actually forfeit any other selections, then I would prefer that you donate the pick to one of the major NPCs (but not Custodio). So, you can give it to Ela, Camburn, or Oakfirst.
However, I will remind you again that you want to get that tome and will need to be able to pay for it. You can pick items to sell to be able to afford to buy it. And, yes, Timshould will be able to find one in Bluffside.

There is man named Sinclair Smith who runs a smithy in the district known as New City. He is known for his ability to crafter magical arms and armour. He has a good reputation. He'd buy the +2 dancing dagger for the sell price, no questions asked.
While he wouldn't have the tome that Tim is looking for, he would direct Tim to a shop in Old City known as Vellum Valley, which specializes in rare books and maps. That shop is in a quiet part of the district near the Swan Gate. It is run by a man named Russell de’Levet.
Vincenzo would know where the shop is located. He'd have visited it already, at least once.
There is a 50% chance that de'Levet has a +2 CHA tome among his wares. He won't have one more powerful than that on hand.

So, he will have one for Tim to buy.

For Round Five and beyond, I'm going to have each of you roll a d20+2 to reset the order of the draft. I will reroll for the NPCs that are still left.
