Is that after the 5 rounds when the blasphemy wears off? If not, his strength goes up 8 points and will be plenty strong enough to carry the statue.

I just looked up the density of a human and it’s around 1.07g/cm3. The density of stone (limestone or granite or marble) all caps out at around 2.7g/cm3. So, to make things easy, just multiply the weight of a person by 2.5 or so and that is the weight of the statue.
Edit: I should the rules. I think petrified multiplies is by 10
