I would suggest delaying until after akos and Tuck and then moving all together either disengage or even risking OAs ro establish new line behind rockhirn and mute knight

I agree. Even if Tim is front line, and he does a fighting retreat, we can support him from behind as we retreat.

Vitus needs to run. He only has 29 hp left but I didn’t want another enemy to take his spot to be able to attack Tim or to be in reach of people running through the door making Attacks of Opportunity.

I’m not sure what people’s HP are at. I thought it hat both Rockhorn and MK were injured. Although they’ve been slowly healed over time, I’m not sure it’s been keeping up with their wounds.

Custodio has 46 of 61 hp. Rockhorn should have 43 or 54 hp. Vincenzo should have 34 of 57 hp.

The young mute knight has 41 hp right now. He is temporarily magically protected so that he can leave the labyrinth. However, he is still being affected by a bestow curse spell that was inflicted on him before the PCs arrived.

Tymbeck should have 78 of 90 hp. He still has 4 nonlethal damage, but with lesser vigor now cast on him, that damage will soon be gone.

@TaranTheWanderer, did Vitus heal himself at one point? Would all the nonlethal damage be gone for him?

Akos: 60 of 61 hp. Full 5 points of nonlethal damage. (I think.)
Falen: 32 of 52 hp.
Spritewing: 53 of 92 hp.
Tuck: no damage.

Vitus has not healed himself. I see that I have 3 non lethal damage. (According to my sheet). He also took an attack of opportunity in the last round. I can’t find the damage but I think it was 9. I never took it off my mini sheet. I did deduct it in my last post though. My hit points are listed on my mini sheet.

Yes, even though Kellam has cover (Tim standing in front of Vinny), he doesn't have total cover or concealment from Vinny's point of view.
