I mentioned this in the discord as a possible way to flee:
If everyone delays until Grattas goes on initiative 2, he can open the door and everyone can run or double move through the door. Otherwise, we are here for another round.
A lot of us go after the enemies anyways so there’s no point to NOT do this.
Some of us go before the enemies who are ensorcelled so it’s a small risk to delay but probably worth it since they go after most of the more capable enemies anyways.
Some of us go quickly and are holding the line (like Tim) and may want wait an extra round before they flee but there is a risk of being overrun. This would be especially dangerous if everyone else flees and leaves them alone. But, to me, if they are going to hold the line for an extra round, they may as well just delay and flee (risking a few attacks of opportunity).
If people are going to stay, I’d say Tuck should move and ready to reactivate the pit trap once Tim is across. Then they should leave the next round.
The biggest risk of delaying (to me)is we are all bunched up currently.
