Who's holding out on us? We could have had the wizard stashed in the first round
Found it in #1670 - it went to Tuck (at least in Neurotics post suggestion, there was some discussion afterwards)

@Knightfall I cannot find collar through search function, I looked for collar, bone, claw, neck from you and JustinCase posts in OOC and IC
