Roughly half way through Round seven. I had forgotten to add in the guard captain in the Gate of Scales guard house. Unfortunately, I rolled a 2 for her initiative.

Akos is up next.

Then, a bunch of NPCs until it gets down to Tuck and Vitus. Tuck is using this round to tie up Lithia so she can be pulled up by Eeldai. Sin Voz is now standing next to to both Eeldai and Vitus in the guard house.

Soul Stolen [Imninon]: Uses its eye rays as a full-round action to raise Parch and one of the Brelish thugs as undead. It takes a 5-ft. step before hand. The two new undead start prone and it takes a full round for them to enter combat. Their initiative counts canot be higher than the Imninon's.

Wight Enchanter: Gets up from prone and moves into the corridor as far as it can go towards the PCs. Viscardi makes an AoO vs. the wight.

Vampiric Khagron: Uses run action while flying to chase after Big Tim. Moves 60 feet.

Viscardi would run, but Maggs is in the way (has to be in a straight line). So he withdraws from combat instead. Double move, 60 ft. He moves under Falen (who is flying) and past Maggs (who considers him an ally), and avoids Khagron to stand just in front of Tim on the knight's left.

Undead Priest: Unleashes hell. 😁

Savage Skeleton Warrior: Chases after the PCs. Double move (60 ft.)

Run (while flying)
A creature using natural flying speed can use the run action. As with any other run action, the creature must move in a straight line. A flyer using the run action cannot gain more than 5 feet of altitude, but it can lose any amount of altitude, and it gains the normal bonus movement for the altitude lost (5 feet per 5 feet descended, a maximum of twice its normal flying speed.) For example, a harpy could use the run action to fly 320 feet in a straight line. While doing so, it could not gain more than 5 feet of altitude.​
So, Khagron gains 5 ft. of altitude to fly over the wight after it moves into the corridor in front of it then descends to avoid Falen. It cannot avoid AoOs from Maggs or Big Tim.
