Leap Attack Feat

Hi, Thanks for reading my post and helping me.
Leap Attack
-"you can double the extra damage dealt by your use of the power attack feat. If you use this tactic with a two-handed weapon, you instead triple the extra damage from power attack."

Just making sure but they mean its just x3 the dmg over all not x2 for the feat Power Attack then another x3 for this Leap Attack feat yes?

Oh -- it's actually x4? I was not aware of that. Thanks for the info.

How do you get x4?

Sorry to bring up old post, but ive lost my internet connection ever since Colege shut down for X-Mass. I have been wanting to post sooner but unable to.

From my calulations (saying that you use 5 for BAB/PA and the number under it is after the Leap attack)

One handed meduim weapon

PA: 5
LA: 10

Two handed
PA 10
LA 20

I posted something like this in the other thread, But some troll acused me of trolling. Something to the effect that its absurd to get double bonus from PA when using a double handed weapon or some nonsense. If only people would read the book before posting...

So, to my question: Is there something else I am missing that would increase the multiplier?

You are getting the equivalent of a x4 multiplier. Using your example:
One handed meduim weapon

PA: 5
LA: 10

Two handed
PA 10
LA 20
In the case of the two handed weapon, you are taking 5 off of your attack, resulting in 10 damage (since it is two handed), then Leap Attack adds 100% to that value.
Code:
Weapon Type: [u]1H[/u] [u]2H[/u]
Amount taken off attack: 5 5
Amount of damage from PA: 5 10
Amount of damage with LA: 10 20
I think the confusion results from assuming the PA benefit to damage on a two-handed weapon is one multiplier, and that leap attack is another multiplier, which is not the case.

Ok, I see your point, however we are getting the same numbers. Is my math right but my calcualtions wrong?

Actually, the feat says triple the extra damage from Power Attack with a two-handed weapon. So, -5 attack should give +30 damage.
