LEB Discussion Thread '10 Pt 2

I've felt, for about as long as there've been themes, that the design space they fill would be well suited for Dragonmarks. I'm sure there are other themes that suit Eberron as well, but this stands out as the best use of that space, for me.

Has anyone else entertained this thought?

I didn't experience Dragonmarks in the last edition (or pretty much anything else in the last edition for that matter) but I'm under the impression they were more complex than just a feat with a generally moderate bonus.

They were feat chains and more bound to the character races. But not so dissimilar to 4e. I would prefer themes as one category and dragonmarks more like the optional powers Shades and Vyrlokas can choose. The feat would give the current benefits and add some optional powers to take (not to gain).

They take half damage.

Just a note that the latest update/errata/tweak/whatever the heck they're calling it these days is up for the Cleric.

One that will affect most of our clerics here is that Consecrated Ground can't be moved now.
