In happier news, 38 new procedural-crime-investigation shows will be coming to the networks this fall, including CSI Easter Island and Law & Order: Cheese Crimes Unit! Thanks, mainstream America. This is why TV is the Magic Factory.

It sucks quite a bit that TV is in such a state that it can't support syndicated action shows. Even if you didn't like the show, its cancellation bodes poorly for this entire venue of entertainment. Oh well, blame the internet.

And yes, this show was getting pretty decent. Lots of hot chicks.

I like the show, but somehow I'm not surprised. Honestly, the writing has been a little... strained. Land mines? How many different ways can we stop Kara from using the breath of life?

It's been brain candy for me. No substance, and a lot of stuff that sticks in your teeth, but fun to watch anyway.

Geez, is there anything left on TV that's interesting anymore?

At this point, I really don't care if tv just crawls off into a corner somewhere and dies. As long as it doesn't stink up my personal space as it rots.

Strained writing is not the reason the show is getting cancelled.

Have you ever watched a procedural-crime-investigation show? I don't mean the first few seasons of Law & Order (which I guess I now have to add the label TOS). I mean what these shows have become. They're able to pour tens of thousands of dollars and countless manpower into a homicide investigation every time some nobody gets killed? And these crime-scene investigators just sort of know everything and never have to look anything up or consult a specialist? And they get to interrogate suspects and run around with guns like real cops?

But that's how you have a show that's worth watching.
