OK, Renau1g/Theroc, some thoughts re: our background

I'm thinking that while on a mission for Thay, my character Whin ran across the strange drow and the two of them ended up working together to fight off a drow scouting party. They travelled together for a time, Whin Realizing as Nilah had years before that there was more to life than evil ways of his people.

Whin continued doing missions for the Thayans (Because he did not want to anger them before he had an escape plan), but rather than just murdering those of his 'targets' that were good people, he and Nilah found ways to convince the more innocent of his 'victims' that they needed to flee before the Thayans sent someone else, even going so far as to help hide some of them. During one of these forays, the two encountered a red knight who had come to protect the town from the 'Impending Thayan Assault'..

I think that sounds good, although Blade would be more of a dark knight (cliche, I know ;)) than a red one. He serves the Red Knight, but from the shadows. He could be in the town to strike any inside supporters of the Thayans, and possibly as an infiltrator into their ranks, taking out an enemy leader.

Feel more than free to SLOW down some guys! I'm not sure I'm quite ready to take on the responsibility of actually doing this game. (Yeah, day late/dollar short, I know, I know.) *sigh* I sure hope I'm ready by this Friday or Saturday. Any help that may be offered for getting the party together and focused properly is much, much, much appreciated. :D

Never mind. The message that was originally here was either:

A) hysterically funny, as intended

or

B) totally off limits and capable of subjecting me to great scorn and ridicule forever.

I decided that it just wasn't worth the risk. You skated on by, this time, Ryan. :D

(Hint: it had to do with your previous message about "being tied up all weekend.")

We all know your sick and twisted sense of humor, Leif. I don't think any of us would be offended! LOL.

Alright, I'll work toward having my PC ready for the weekend. Sound good?

I'm not so sure that we ALL do. I doubt if Jemal has been subjected to it much, maybe even at all, and I know that Rathan hasn't. :p

Sounds great to me, but you'd better hope that this doesn't put you on Rathan's hit list. ;) Actually, that's probably not right -- he just wanted the game to start, period. He never said anything about WHEN it should start. Hehe, so maybe I can milk this for a few more weeks? j/k
