Many people are describing the feat as +x/+x/+x/+x/+x/+x, or "6 attacks per round." My point is that that is incorrect. It is one attack roll, an all-or-nothing proposition, all arrows hit or none hit.

I don't have my ELH here at work with me, but I'm pretty sure that Epic Attack Bonus is not the same as Base Attack Bonus. Otherwise it would generate extra iterative attacks the way Base Attack Bonus does.

Thus for the purposes of determining how many shots you get with Improved Manyshot, your BAB is never more than +20. You would add your Epic Attack bonus to each of your shots, but you'd top out at 4 arrows.

It scales with BAB, which is an effect of level but not exactly ones level. It's no different then Power Attack or Expertise.
