Level 10 dracolich?

What do folks think of this level 10 version of a dracolich?

I think its got too much Stunning for level 10.

The RAW level 18 might have too much for 18, lowering its level while keeping its ability to stunlock most of the party is just brutal.

Let Frightful Presence Stun, but change the Interrupt and the BW to Dazed and it should be ok.

As an aside what madman decided Blast 9 was a good idea (or blast 20 for the Runescribed!) when all other Dragons get Blast 5?

The BW is dazed.

I like the idea of moving the interrupt too. But a rules question. On the interrupt, what happens if you get dazed and already took a move action before the attack. Would being dazed end that attack? I think it isn't all that much weaker, but I'm not sure how it should work.

Everything else look okay?

So it is, I must have seen Stunned under Gaze and just inserted it.

But yes, if you get interrupted by a Dazing effect after you've already taken an action you are boned.

Thus, always charge this Dracolich.

As I've said it should be ok otherwise.
