Lady Mariangela does something.
St. Stephen casts another spell and tries to hide, using his cover.
Round 204
Max does a wingover and then flies around to land next to Stitches at 75n85e. This provokes an AoO. Max then takes a vicious yet cautious bite out of Stitches, putting 15 points on power attack nad 5 on combat expertise. "Stop targetting the little guys!"
Omega Supreme flies towards Ugly and takes a tail slap at him from 30ft with +15 PA and continues flying, ending up at 10n90e30z heading south.
Optimus Prime flies around to 35n45e40z heading south east and breathes a line of force at Stitches.
If Stitches lives, it's his turn.
[sblock] Another wall of force at 55e from 105n to 120n (creating another little pocket in the VZ).

Max bites (rolled 54-20+4) for 24+16-15. Stitches has 147 hp left. He is not afraid of Max.
As OS approaches, he stares into Ugly's eyes and could care less.
He slaps Ugly (natural 20) for 34+19-15. Stitches has 109 hp left, but is not afraid.
Stitches hardly tries to dodge the breath (12 Ref save). He takes 120 and is destroyed.

Gansk[sblock]remove fear does not make one immune to fear. It only suppresses a fear effect if the spell is cast while under the fear effect. I only mention this in case you did not bother to roll saves.

Lady Mariangela concentrates on the permanent image in the ethereal plane, causing it to move to 105n0e20z (because I don't remember where I put it and have been forgetting it in the update because until the kelvezu I don't think CE knew it was there).
St. Stephen casts another spell and continues hiding.

Max takes a 5ft-step southwest and attacks Nightie with everything, including the kitchen sink, at power attack +15.
Should Nightie survive that assault, then Omega Supreme will nail him with a line of force and continue flying to 70n0e40z heading north.
I doubt Nightie is still alive by now, but OP's turn is below just in case.

The nightcrawler actually has a reasonable AC. Max needs an 8 on his wings and tail, a 7 on his claws, and a 2 on his bite. That's including the power attack and is probably by far the hardest yet. 
(PS Note that I didn't calculate this till now, I just use a fairly common choice of +15 PA.)
