Brawn shakes his head to recover from his daydream of munching on leafy tree-stars as the Dire Weasels (?!) approach.
(The daydream is to explain both the one in initiative and his Scent not picking them up)
(edit: It's 2 in initiative, with Brontos's 12 DEX)
If the weasels ("Yeah, buuuuuddy!") attack (god, I'm having a hard time keeping a straight face typing this), Brawn will whack one with his Tail Spike if they move within his threatened area.
If they end up next to him by his action, he'll do a full attack action : Claw-Claw-TailSpike on the one(s) close to him.
If they don't attack, or he needs to cover distance, than he'll move and close, drawing and attacking with his Fullblade.[/color]
Ok... Now bang, Brawn finally gets to attack.
20, 14, 18. Hit, miss, hit. 6 and 5 damage with each attack.6 damage to one weasel, and 5 to another.
and now...
The worst possible thing happens. You see four red-skinned kobolds come out of NOWHERE at your group. All wielding very crude spears, and charging the group. These wicked little bastards are called smoking kobolds, fire kobolds, red kobolds, or just plane EXPLODING KOBOLDS.
They rush forwards into positions shown on the map... but... Yorick gets an AO, Mak gets an AO AND READIED ACTION, and Krindor gets an AO. In that order.
Yorick gets a 16, a hit. Smashing into the kobold with his fist: 10 Damage right into it's skull. Bludgeoning damage... so... (heh). Next we have the other red kobolds charge against you. Rolls a 9, a miss. Yorick, you nimbly dodge that shortsword.
Mak, AO and Readied Action: 9 (miss), 18 (hit). 8 damage. Kill. Piercing Weapon. Uh oh...
The Red Kobold Charging Mak and Krindor... EXPLODES. Causing 1d6 fire damage to everyone within 5 feet. 6 Points of fire damage, but Mak gets a 17 on his Reflex Save, and Krindor gets a 16. Both are successful, and only take 3 points of fire damage.
No need to resolve Krindor's AO then, since it just exploded. The explosion sort of hides Krindor, but your still where you were last round.
Alright, you know the layout now, so I'll just do this whole round at once. Here is the map. The Red Ks are a bit blurry... but they are still somewhat visible.
