The only two off the top of my head are Graveyard Fields and the Devil's Courthouse, both natural features.

There's also the Biltmore Estate, which certainly looks like something out of fantasy.

Mount Egmont/Taranaki in New Zealand (featured in The Last Samurai) has a forest up in the clouds which was called the 'Goblin Forest' when I was young.

And then of course there's the city of Auckland a.k.a. 'Orc land' or "You don't want to go there - it's full of orcs!" (iirc the lotr blooper tape)

San Jose (California) and environs has a few:
* There is a whole subdivision somewhere whose streets are named after characters from Lord of the Rings
* Some neighborhood names: Willow Glen, Rose Garden, Edenvale
* Some names of cities and towns around the area: Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Los Gatos ("The Cats" in Spanish).
* And, of course, the Winchester Mystery House, our very own haunted mansion.

The Devil's Garden and the Fiery Furnace in Arches national park. (I actually don't live near them anymore, but I was born and raised in that part of Utah.)
Oh yeah. I almost forgot Goblin Valley. You can't more D&D then that.

Tons of terrain features carry fantasy names in the Enchantments (there's one mountain tarn known as Gnome Tarn) and in the Norse Peak Wilderness

Spirit Lake and the Ape Caves on Mt. Saint Helens

Oops, forgot Cougar Mountain, Tiger Mountain, Mt. Si, and Rattlesnake Ledge, Golden Gardens, Mount Storm King, and Lake Diablo, Ebey's Landing

Grouse Mountain in Vancouver is kind of a neat name.

British Columbia is often called "Land of the Lotus Eaters", which is a reference to Greek mythology I've always liked.

Oak Bay always reminds me of those Fantasy novels where there's a lovely town where nothing bad ever happens and everyone lives together in harmony (like that town in Dragonlance - Solace?). Of course, with Oak Bay, it's almost true... only because everyone's rich.

Beacon Hill (a park in Victoria... was once used as a horticultural site and defensive fortification for Native tribes).

I also like Fan Tan Alley, although there's really not that much "fantastic" about it.

I like the name of the "Great Bear Rainforest" and Mount Garibaldi makes me think of the domain of some delightfully insane nobleman. Doesn't that also have some huge rock called The Black Tusk, or something?

Wisconsin to me has always sounded like a fantasy name for a place. I live in Two Rivers.

Elfin Forest runs along a valley between Escondido and Oceanside here in San Diego. The place is rumored to be haunted as well.

Found a road called Zyzx up in the mountains near here.
