Bront, good question. I can tell you that the cost should be about 1 PP for both (1/2 each) based upon the extra limb power but how to write it up isn't so easy...

The Monkeys in the creature/animal section doesn’t list prehensile feet…

Yeah, but he does have them :)

I bought them as 2 ranks of Extra Limbs: Prehensile Feet with the flaw not extra limbs,
and then 1 rank at normal for the Prehensile Tail.

I'd love to see a character with 10 ranks in extra limbs (1000 extra limbs, where do they fit? How much do you spend on deoderant?)

First, extra limb cover extra legs:

... and may make you more resistant to trip attacks (if they make your stance more stable, see Trip page 159).

So if you decide to have extra legs, you are more stable (+4 to resist trip). If you want to make you more speedy, take speed (that would be for a centaur for example).

But I must tell your build up seems good enough.

As a character judge I'd be totally fine allowing you to buy ambidextrous 3 times, and say that would be good. In a general sense the feat turns on off limb into a viable precise one, so buy it once for each foot, and once for the off hand. Just be sure to note that all your limbs are capable of fine manipulation.

Except that the additional limb power especially says that if you have ambidextrous you suffer no off hand penalties with any of your limbs… You don’t need to take the feat more than once.

Of course with a RAW interpretation of the above it would suggest that at its bases ambidextrous covers prehensile feet also.

Ambidextrous would only normally carry your other hand (or additional limbs), the other two applications would be to make the feet be included since they aren't normally included.or you could just look at it as taking the benifit feat 2 times, each application making the foot into hand, and then ambidextrous covering all the limbs.

Kylara, I think you just hit the best way to do prehensile feet right on the head. The benefit x2 and the ambidextrous feat once would be the best option. :)

I suggest to leave the prehensive feat as a power. Feat can be master by any non-supers. Prehensive feats, I would consider it a power for that. But here my suggestion:

Power Feat:
Prehensive Feets
All your feet (the normal two and any extra bought with this power) have a prehensive capability. Apply the normal -4 off-hand modifier to them and Ambidexterity can be applied to them.

Just so its clear, you guys who want us to build the equipment do know that there is a commlink already in the book, and a private jet for that matter as well. I don't see why we wouldn't be using those?
