Roger, if I may lend my expertise with the conversion I would do this:

First things first you want to be incorporeal, this is equivalent to Insubstantial 4. Making it Duration: Permanent we have spent 20pp.

For the flying at (better than) your old speed you'll only need Flight 1 for 1pp.

The immunity turns into: Immunity 14 (Aging, Critical Hits, Life Support, Sleep, Starvation and Thirst) for 14pp

The Phase Attack can be handled as follows: Strike (Affects Corporeal, Alternate Save: Fort, and Penetrating) which is 4pp a rank, so for a full 8 you'll need 32pp.

For Telepathy I suggest Telepathy 8, with Progression (Subjects) 3 and Alternate Powers: Mind Control 8 and Illusion 5 (All Senses, Phantasms, Progression(Area)4) for 21pp.

As an incorporeal creature you have no strength so you have an extra 10pp from there. Rest of the attributes remain the same (Dex 15, Con 15, Int 15, Wis 20, Cha 15) as do skills.

Totaling 112 leaving 8pp remaining assuming you don't take any drawbacks.
 

FYI

I've been doing some work on the template sheets. Continue to use and/or tweek which ever one you like, but I'm attempting to make sure that everything needed is included on both sheets (For example, Attacks were missing from the 2nd sheet).

Idealy, I'll have them up by the end of the day on Sunday, and I'll try to post one of my characters in both for compairison.
 

Rogers, a question fo you, what was the idea behind Ghost touch? The ability to attack or the ability to move things around? Maybe both?

Just stick the tag at the line where you want it to start, and all text after that will be besides the pic.

It saves a lot of space, particularly with long pictures.

The forms have been updated to add a few features they were missing earlier. There is no need to change your current character sheet, but you may want to make sure you do have everything on your current one.

There may be a few more updates to the forms coming, but they should be minor.

If you have submitted a character that has not been approved yet, please send Bront an e-mail with your character (bront20 at gmail dot com), copying in Kylara if you haven't already. Hopefully we can get another batch of characters approved.

I haven't gotten an advenuture proposal yet. I've heard a few are in the works, but nothing submitted yet.

Remember folks, we don't need a full module, just an outline. Heck, if it's vague enough where reading and approving it won't spoil it, all the better, but if not, no big deal.

Those with Placeholders, hope to see characters in there soon. I think some missions are waiting on having a few more players available.
