Looks at the Damaging Object rules, p.166-167 of the book. Quickly, it tells:

Object have toughness (or seldom named hardness) like characters. Roll for damage using there toughness:

If the object is injured: -1 to further toughness
If the object is disabled: The object no longuer function.
If the object is dying: Take a broom to gather the pieces, it's destoryed!

But in teh case of a robot, you can either see it as an object or a minion. If you play with the robot template (p.235) or something very similar, consider it as a minion and just don't bother with his robotic nature. He is a minion and act as a minion.

If you still hesitate, send me the stats of your robot and I'll tell you what exactly they are (object or minion), but most likely, they will be minion.

Thanks Velmont! i know where I'm going from here.

Bront (and the other judges)- what are your thoughts on my nullify question. That's the last thing I have to tweak before I re-submit the character ( although I might play with his history a little to take away from the bad luck angle. This is the one area I want to grow the characters abilities (if I ever get to play him :D ). Basically luck control is very minor with beating mechanical/electronic things being the bigger part. I wouldn't mind hearing what the other judges have to say about it also.

Nullify is for nullifying powers (for example, nulifying CPU's ability to control electronics). I would use the powers CPU uses to control electrical devices, with a flaw of only disabling them, not controling them. Nullify is for powers, not objects.

None of those seem like a good fit. [sblock=CPU's powerset] Powers:
Animate Object 5 (Mutant, Psychic, Electric - 2pp/rank + 3pp) 13pp
Flaw: Limited - Machine only (-1/rank)
Power Feat: Progression(Range) 1 (1)
Power Feat: Progression(Animation) 2 (2)

Comprehend 2 (Mutant, Psychic, Electric - 2pp/rank) 4pp
Free: Speak with machine (0)
Free: Understand machine (0)

Datalink 3 (Mutant, Psychic, Electric - 1pp/rank + 1pp) 4pp
Power Feat: Machine Control (1)

Electrical Control 10 (Mutant, Psychic, Electric - 2pp/rank + 5pp) 25pp
Extra: Penetrating (+1/rank)
Flaw: *Limited - Power source needed (-1/rank)
Power Feat: Alternate Power 5 (5)

Alternate Power: **Aura (Mutant, Psychic, Electric - 1pp/rank) 10pp (Free)
Extra: Penetrating (+1/rank)
Flaw: *Limited - Power source needed (-1/rank)

Alternate Power: Electrical Control 10 (Mutant, Psychic, Electric - 2pp/rank) 20pp (Free)
Extra: Penetrating (+1/rank)
Extra: Area(Burst) (+1/rank)
Flaw: Range(Touch) (-1/rank)
Flaw: *Limited - Power source needed (-1/rank)

Alternate Power: Stun 10 (Mutant, Psychic, Electric - 2pp/rank) 20pp (Free)

How about Power control with an alternate save as suggested by Farik ,one of the moderators from the Atomic Think Tank?
Power control
alt save: fortitude
flaw: limit "only machines"

Might work, I'll take a look at it.

Animate object with a simple Machines only, and machines stop functioning flaw might work.

Let me do a suggestion, I found it on atomic think thank:

Transform (Functional item -> Broken item). That would work well. I am not sure the cost, I think a 3 point physical is the case (isn't it written you can do the opposite in the description... I don't have my book, as usual :p )

But it's true that CPU doesn't have any power to drain electricity and thus, disable electrical device (a hole in my power I'll have to fix...) I think Nullify could work well. I don't think an Innate power feat should be apply to an item. The vast majority of the electrical items could be broken down into two pieces: The item and it's power source, which mean the item innate power is to exist, but it's need an external source of power (plug to the wall, battery, ect...)

Just to be sure, you could do a proposal to add an extra/flaw to nullify for electrical power.

Here is the Kenson answer to my nullify question http://www.atomicthinktank.com/viewtopic.php?p=262858#262858

FWIW, I do use Nullify for just the sort of thing you're talking about, the modifiers involved pretty much come out in the wash:

Affects Objects +1 (detailed in Ultimate Power, but basically means the effect works on objects as well as creatures)
Only Affects Objects –1 (so net +0 modifier)

Objects don't make Will saves, so use the opposed power rank check instead, using the item's highest rank.

Also note that some equipment won't "restart" on its own: it'll need repair, resetting, or at least someone to hit the "on" switch again. (This is just a descriptor and part of the limitations of equipment.)

So Nullify (Equipment Type) such as "Nullify Electronics" is what you're looking for, IMHO.

Ultimate Power... is that a book? If it isn't accessible by the net, you'll have to make a proposal out of it, as we only use the core rulebook.

He is out of town until saturday. He couldn't tell it because ENWordl was down at the moment he find out. He is sorry as it slow down the adventure Help Wanted, but should post again in the week-end.
