I think we're waiting on people other than you and me to talk about the training room (I redid it, and got not much after that).

I've been busy with OT, and Character approval is much more complicated in LS (takes me an hour or two per character).

FYI, for the most part, i can't check characters that aren't posted, since I often don't have e-mail access when I do the approving.

I can understand the OT problem, sure looks good on the paycheck though. I'm just rounding back into shape after the last month. BTW one or two hours is blazing fast compared to how long it takes me to build a character. Both Titan and Gremlin are posted and ready to go as time allows. I don't really think I'll be playing either anytime soon. :\ They were both edited posts from a while back so it might not have been obvious that I was working on them.

I want to appologize again on getting behind on the redoing the forums. I'll try to work on it in the next few days, hopefully things will ease up on me soon.

I did notice that psyren had a problem (Grr, I had her aproved before I was the character judge). I'm going to fix it.

I'm interested in playing a reformed (or more exactly, reforming) villain, and was wondering if anyone would like to play a role in his backstory. (Former adverseries, the guy who finally caught him, etc.) It will make things... interesting for him.

And for the feel of the character, think Silver Age Flash villain. Basically a jewel thief with powers, and a flamboyant costume.

I have a character, Sergeant, who has arrested many Supers... well, some... ok a few... take a look at Sergeant Patrick O'connor, and look hs background. not very extensive, but we could work together to find something interesting.

I was thinking of this pairing before Velmont chimed in. When you mentioned Silver Age Flash villain I was kind of thinking of Captain Boomerang in the old Suicide Squad comics, where he had an explosive bracelet and was a reluctant hero. It would be cool to have a less than heroic character around. I have been looking for opportunities to build missions around character's backgrounds. We'll see a little of that in the next few that I do. The more developed backstory the better fodder for missions.

I emailed a character to the judges and have posted him to the board a few days ago. Do I have to do anything to get in on the action or do I just wait until I get approval at this point? I have no problem waiting; I just want to make sure I'm not supposed to do something else or start posting. Thanks.

It is Bront the character judge, and I think he has some problem with his email lately. I think it is fix, you can try again... and telling it here doesn't hurt either.

A little more Hawkeye than Boomerang--he's actually trying to reform. But you've got the general feel of the character down...

I should probably post him soon...
