Bront is also getting married, so it may be a few more days.

You can also go to the Ready Lounge thread and start role playing there. You just won't be able to go on an adventure until approved.

A little more Hawkeye than Boomerang--he's actually trying to reform. But you've got the general feel of the character down...

I should probably post him soon...

SO a little less underhanded and snivelly.

For the new players feel free to ask questions about character creation. Everyone here is pretty helpful. The Ready Lounge is definitely the place to get started. It's basically the same as the Red Dragon Inn. The only inhabitant right now is my character, Gremlin.

Lot- Liked your character

I emailed a character to the judges and have posted him to the board a few days ago. Do I have to do anything to get in on the action or do I just wait until I get approval at this point? I have no problem waiting; I just want to make sure I'm not supposed to do something else or start posting. Thanks.
My bad. I did get the e-mail. haven't had the time to do character stuff. I'm going to try to do so before Gen Con. Getting married can side track you though.

Hey, a general question. All PCs on an adventure have UN-supplied communicators, right? I remember reading that somewhere (possibly in this thread). I just went through the stickied material, and couldn't find anything about that. It might be good to post the details of the communicators there, just so we all have a ready reference for what they can and cannot do.

In a similar vein, we probably should have some idea as to the capabilities of the UN-provided transport plane. Like, how fast does it go, how big a runway does it need, what commlinks or data processing power are available to the PCs onboard, etc. Also good sticky fodder.

Yes, all Resolute are given a costume and a commlink. They all have acess to a jet too.

Communicator: A tiny button sized device bearing the crest of the Resolutes over the symbol of the UN. The communicator has a 2 mile range, although it can be boosted globally if in communications range of a Vigilant.

Vigilant: The vigilant is the brainchild of Dr. Alexander Marks, A Super Intelligent inventor in the employ of the UN. These hover craft are quite advanced, with VTOL capabilities as well as a 5000 MPH top speed. It can carry up to 8 tons at top speed, and up to a maximum of 24 tons. (Use the stats for a fighter jet found in the Equipment section)

It was taken from that thread.

I'll add that to the approved content.

All pending approvals have been dealt with. If you're not approved and think you should be, send Bront an e-mail, chances are it was a simple oversight.

Lot- Don't know if you're approved yet, but from a practical standpoint, if your guy is the teams muscle he should probably have takedown attack

Okay, general rules question for a possible second character I'm starting on.

If you have Alternate Form with the Permanent Flaw, can you have alternate powers to that? Since it says the alternate powers can't be used at the same time as any other in the array (including the original power I'm guessing) can I even have a permanent power with alternate powers since I can't turn off the first? (Hope I'm explaining this right.)
