Quick question. Can you use Improved Critical as a power feat?

I think I may have allowed someone to do so, and there are examples of this sort of use of the Improved Critical in some of the sample characters as well I believe.

I would say it isn't fair to allow normal feats as power feats in general--if you could do it, there would be no need for the Accurate power feat because you could just use Attack Specialisation. This is because power feats are easier to gain than normal feats (you can get one with Extra Effort instead of a Hero Point, and you can hide them inside an alternate power to get them for free--for example, you could have an Area Blast with an alternate that is single-target and crits on a 10 for 1 point)

If all of the attacks in question are part of a device, would buying Improved Crit on the device effect all attack? I'm guessing no, but I figure I should ask.

It looks like you only get it for one specific attack based on strict wording. That does make some sense though--it is possible that all the attacks a hero ever uses might come from the same device, and Improved Critical is an extremely potent feat for use in breaking the power limits.
