Hence my answer in post 461. "If the GM allows." :)

As a character approval judge, I will have little tolerance for Putting Feats into Arrays.

Far too abusive IMO.

I think feat should stay feat, and power feat should be the only allowable in a power array. If someone have some argument against that opinion, I am open minded to it. but for what I have read in taht discussion and by my experience, it would be no for now.

In some official builds (like Bowman of the Freedom League) tight Power Arrays have been considered "One Power" for the use of Feats like Attacks Specialization and Improved Critical.

But generally such Feats should be limited to One Attack/Power. For Improved Crit specifically my gut tells me "No" due to its relative ease of abuse and ability to bust PL caps of damage.
Yeah, that was my feeling, but I wanted to ask, because, well, I wanted to ask :)

Gun Monkey would have taken it for his ranged shots on his gun (there are 3 it would apply to I believe, His standard, penetrating, and stun shots)

There are several proposals stacking up. It would be nice to clear some of them out. Let's try to clear Nullify (affects objects), training Room, Resolute PR department, and Fix for boost before moving on to new ones.

I think we need to hear about ultimate power before we can really decide on the material from that. Although i like targeted areas right off the bat already.

Living Eberron has a 6 month rule for new material. I don't think we need that long, but I think 3 months to allow new material to circulate a bit before we start allowing thigns from other books may not be a bad idea.

So are you suggesting we hold off for three months before voting on Ultimate Power proposals, or all of them?

A LOT of Ultimate Power is just Power Building 101. Most of it one can "figure out" or is completely compliant with M&M2e. It just spells it out for you. There are some rule changes. But not a lot. Some rule clarifications and expansions I have been using before it even came out. (Enhanced Traits, Targeted Areas, Increasing Aura Cost)

That being said I have no problem with waiting or not waiting.

H4H, got your e-mails, I fixed Psyren, and GM (though my math differes from yours).

I used a spreadsheet so if the math was wrong I inputted the wrong numbers. But I did double-check them. :)

Edit: Okay...I checked the formula. Basically since you had Feats inside the Device (Alt Powers) AND outside (Restricted, Another Gun) it came out screwy. Also I missed that you had 2 ranks of Restricted.

The other issues look fixed so both Psyren and Gun Monkey are Good to go!
