Looking for a PC lycanthrope prestige class

I've got a player who's looking for something similar to the Bear Warrior PrC in OA - except with a jaguar as the beast in question.

Now, I've thought about this, and realized the most appropriate approximation for this campaign is to turn him into a Were-Jaguar - a high ECL race, to be sure.

What I was thinking was that a PrC similar to the Dragon Disciple would enable him to slowly become a lycanthrope, without giving him too much power, compared to the rest of the group.

Anyone have any ideas, suggestions, or links to other lycanthropic PrCs I can use?

Not All Lycanthropes are created equal.

For example, a Wererat should be like a 5 level PrC.

Something like a Weretiger...

And, admittedly, a Werejaguar would be less then a tiger. Likely a +4.

I've got a werewolf prestige class that I could send you if you want to get me your email (I don't have anyplace on the web to put it, sorry). I PC druid IMC played it for a while. It didn't seem to be too unbalancing. The main thing is, this is a condition that was inflicted upon an existing character, so he still had to learn the skills, didn't have any feats to help with attacks or abilities, that sort of thing. I imagine it would be different if you're making the character around the concept.

Incidentally, this was done in the early days of 3e when I thought CR and ECL were the same thing, so two levels of the prestige class gives a more or less full werewolf. You may want to tweak it some.
