I originally missed the divine sanction on Raj but not the dog.
Raj was at 37 and dog was at 38 to start with.
My first update had Raj at 37 and dog at 33 (missing DS on Raj but showing on the dog).
My last update included the DS damage on Raj 32 and the dog 33 (which I included in the first place).
Clear as mud?

I PMed Ghdeh1 to let him know Jehad will be NPC'd until he returns to the thread.
Tomalak, if you do not mind, could you keep posting for Jehad until we hear otherwise from Ghdeh1. I feel its only fair to the other players to keep the game moving along, and as we have not heard from Ghdeh1 since Jan 14 I feel comfortable assigning his character to NPC status till he returns. I hope I am not stepping on anyone's toes or breaking pbp protocol with this decision. Renau1g please let me know if I should not be making this call. Otherwise Tomalak, it's your turn(s)
[/sblock]

[sblock=DM Only Please]
Yes it's your game, your call. If you want to give him until the end of the fight and then drop him, that would be perfectly acceptable. I had that in one of my games (in LEB) and it happened 3 times in Fey Ring.

BTW - awesome maps! Did you make them?

[SBLOCK=Maps]
I cannot take much credit for my maps. I usually use a map someone else had created and posted on sites like the RPTools forums or Cartographers Guild, or other such sites. I then take their beautifully created maps and modify them to my liking. Occasionally if I cannot find anything out there I will make a map from scratch, but I don't have the spare time like I used to, so they won't look anywhere as good.

Minharath's commanding voice rings through the night, tinged with sadness and wrath. "You cannot win this fight! By the gods and your lives, stand down!" Wendel can feel divine disapproval, and the eerie feeling distracts him from the battle.
[Sblock=Minharath's Actions]Standard Action: Bane vs. Wendel (1d20+5=13) hit. Until the end of my next turn, Wendel takes a -4 penalty to attack rolls and all defenses.
Action Point (Standard): Intimidate check (May I get a circumstance bonus for Bane?)
(1d20+3=5) (ouch!)[/sblock]

[SBLOCK=OOC]An intimidate check is against the Will defense. So, your Bane, which lower the Will among other stats, help your intimidate check.

But to intimidate someone so he surrenders, he must be bloodied, which I doubt at the moment.[/SBLOCK]

Gloom activate the power of his sword, which urge his instinct to come up, which he release before charging the guard dog, which get a serious wound from his blade. Now the dog cannot ignore Gloom.

"STOP! Already one has died! End this before someone else goes needlessly into Lauto's realm!" Shouts Minarath, the dead goblins blood wet on his hands.

Now that one of the dogs is down, Thorn turns his attention to the bald man attacking him (Raj). His spear bends and almost buckles as it's point is forced into the man's midsection. Thorn lands a punishing blow.

Gellan grins fiercely as the bald human's attention is drawn by Thorn's spear. Dodging and weaving, he presses forward, his tan'gat whirling in a dizzying pattern. His movement ends with a double slash, striking both the bearded man and the remaining dog.

Zharne moves to chase down the bearded man and tries to bite, nipping at the dog as snaps at Wendel.

A bolt of bright pink and purple shoots up into the evening sky over Daunton. Jehad can only watch as it seems to just keep going...

Minharath's commanding voice rings through the night, tinged with sadness and wrath. "You cannot win this fight! By the gods and your lives, stand down!" Wendel can feel divine disapproval, and the eerie feeling distracts him from the battle.

Wendel takes a weak swipe at Gellan, but completely misses the mark. “Raj, go warn the others that we have company comin” he shouts. He looks over towards Minharath and sneers. "You'll be the ones prayin to the gods once Hraken finds out you're messing with his boys"

Raj nods toward Wendel and a look of grim determination crosses his face. He raises his mace and connects a solid hit on Thorns head and quickly skips a step backward. He then turns and heedless of the beast in front of him, heads down the alley and around the corner.

The guard dog snarls at Gloom and lunges forward, its teeth almost piercing through the armor and into the soft flesh below. It scurries back a step never taking its eyes off Gloom and continues snarling.

The Halfling on the rooftop hurls a stone towards Thorn, but it hits the ground behind him. The Halfling quickly turns and takes off across the rooftop. You hear a thud further down the alley and notice he has jumped down onto some crates.

The Goblin on the opposite rooftop fires a bolt at Zharne, but this projectile too flies wide of its mark. The goblin sneers and makes his way further up the roof to the peak and reloads.

[sblock=Thorn & Zharne]
Thorn gets an OA against Raj as he shifts from L6 to K7. Even if Thorn hits and stops his movement, he will still turn and move down the alley. Thorn cannot take a 2nd OA against the same target in the same round, but in either case Zharne gets an OA against Raj as he passes by. I didn't want to take these for you, as that's your fun to have :)

Covered in blood, Thorn still manages to swing his spear and cause another long gash on the bald man before he runs down the alley.

[sblock=Actions]
Free Opportunity Attack against Raj as he shifts due to Thorn's Combat Challenge ability, with a bonus +3 due to his Combat Superiority ability.
1d20+10 (vs. AC)=20 -- at hit!
1d10+4 (damage)=7, reducing Raj to 11 HPs and ending his movement for that action.
[/sblock]

In a fit of primal rage, Thorn starts to shift and transform into a rabid creature, now more wolf than man. In his rage he launches a vicious assault against the bearded man next to him (Wendel). Had it not been for Minharath's commanding voice, he surely would have missed in his wild rage.

[sblock=Actions]
Minor: Longtooth Shifting (encounter). Effect: Until the end of the encounter, Thorn gains a +2 bonus to damage rolls. In addition, while he is bloodied, he gains regeneration 2.
Standard: Comeback Strike (daily). 1d20+7 (vs. AC)=12 -- a hit due to his -4 defenses!
2d10+6 (damage)=11, bringing Wendel's down to 11 HPs.
This attack also allows Thorn to spend a healing surge, so he goes back up to 11 HPs with 10 surges remaining.
Free: Combat Challenge (at Will). He now marks his new target of Wendel.
