Losing Class Features with Alignment Change

Hrm..with regards to the racial requirements, what happens if your PC dies and is reincarnated instead of resed?

From a straight rules basis - since you lose all of the things that made you racially specific I would be hard pressed to say you still meet the prequisites to be in the prestige class and would thus lose the abilities as specified in CW/CA.

But again, since all prestige class issues are up to the DM it should be worked out with him.
