Does anyone have any Lost rituals?

For me: whenever the Lost logo comes on at the start, I always moan, "They're Looooooooooost" like a ghost. Makes Mrs. Noah laugh. :)

I'm just hoping to watch it. For the past three hours all three major networks have done notheing but report on this storm that came through here. And none of them switched over to regular programming at 8pm. :(

Do the Losties just not realize people can travel over or through the water? This is the second time they've made that same basic mistake. It's not like they don't know the Others have a boat.

Good episode though. Nice to see Sawyer go for that kiss!!

Edit: Yes, Jin shoot her. I can't believe the Other tried to say they aren't the enemy. Not even I'm that guilable.

Yeah, as soon as I heard the plan, I knew they would go through the water and steal the boat. I've come to the conclusion that Sayid has absolutely no tactics training at all, all he is is a soldier. Moreover, when he fails, he loses all perspective, and things go downhill from there. Were there an army as promised last season, Ana was the much better choice to lead it.

I normally hate Kwon flashbacks with a passion, but this one wasn't so bad.

The rest of the episode was so much better than last week. Bad-ass Jin was great, Sawyer and Kate were awesome, and the cliffhanger was actually a cliffhanger! Heroes still does it better.

I'd go with an 8/10, points off for boat-stupidity and Kwon flashbacks.

"You taste like strawberries."
"You taste like fish biscuits."

I was really hoping Jin & Sun bit it.
Though I want "Zeke"/Tom dead too. He seems to the perfect muscle-head assistant.

But beyond that I felt like it was another standard episode of Lost.

I am getting frustrated that Kate, Sawyer and Jack do not seem to realize they are being conditioned and brain washed. However, Sawyer pouring out the water was as much a stand up and shout moment as the kiss and the fight that followed.

Jin said he knew his wife had betrayed him. Was he talking about the affairs, or her lies?

Oh, your name is Benjamin Linus, is it? Aside from a possible Peanuts reference (is this what happens when he leaves his piano and Charlie Brown behind?), I get nothing on a Google search. In any event, I’m going to keep calling him Benry.

He also said he had lived his entire life on the island. The actor was born in 1955. Assuming the character is a similar age, then a Dharma connected group of people have been on the island for 55 years. Which I believe is about 10 to 20 years longer than the orientation film suggested.

Every time the Others say things like “were not the enemy” and similar piffle, I keeping thinking Nazi’s probably said similar things to the Jews and slave traders said similar things to the slaves and so forth and so on. And they probably believed it, and said it as long as they had to.

Give Sun a cookie for shooting the blonde cow.

Next week we get Hurley, Lock, Eko and Hume, and possibly the Jabberwocky (cloud monster). When are we going to learn about the four-toed statue?

I may be jumping the gun here, but I have some interesting news on Episode 6 (like I said, jumping the gun) that I wanted to share. I will spoiler tag it for those that do not want to read it...

Spolier: Episode 6 is Kate centric, we see her getting married... She is getting married to Nathan Fillon (who plays Malcolm Reynolds in the TV series Firefly and the movie Serenity). How cool is that!?!?!
