Lowering Spell Failure Chance

Are there any enchantments that will lower the spell failure chance of a given armor type? In the core rulebooks, all I've been able to find is the description of mithral, which reduces the spell failure chance by 10%.

I'm developing a Fighter/Wizard who will one day become an Arcane Archer. He won't have many levels of Wizard, so I don't want to waste my more powerful slots by metamagicking with Still Spell. But on the other hand, actual armor is much cheaper (per point of AC) than magic bracers, and this character won't be able to entirely avoid melee combat.

So this is an elf with a mithral shirt and buckler, and a spell failure chance of 10%. How can I lower that chance to 0%, without settling for leather armor?

[Typo: I meant Still Spell, not Silent.]

Salutations,

In Tome&Blood is a prestige class that lowers it- spellsword, iirc.

Monte Cook's just released Book of Eldrich Magic 2 has an armor enchantment that lowers (if not eliminates) spell failure chances.

Good Luck!
