~ Day 19, mid-afternoon: Ashore Yarendel ~
With you all missing, the guards remained confident they could take some foreign mercenary rebels. They continued their tactics to trying to drag you down so they could attack from a better tactical position of standing over you. Charity and Aishe managed to evade and resist all such attempts from three of the guards, despite having flanking positions.
The Captain slipped out from between two of you to swing his sword down on the prone cleric, smashing the blade into Yosephus's armor to bruising effect. However the guard with the guisarme only slammed the curved blade of his polearm down onto the snow covered pavement a few inches from his arm.
Meanwhile the shaken guard continued to deal with the Halfling and now his boar, drawing his shortsword to leave his polearm gripped only in the left hand.
“Hey! Wake up!” he yelled at his companion lying in the street. The man was still magically out.
He swung the shortsword at the Halfling to miss again, stepping out from between the little man and his swine.

An animal will follow the last command given until it makes sense for it to stop. Once his target dies, he will make sure it is dead but will not attack another without orders. It could defend itself though, or might retreat if attacked. Best to have him defaulted to guard someone so he will automatically attack foes in retaliation with needing to be given orders.do I have to roll handle animal every turn now? Or does he keep doing that until I command him to stop? Never had an animal before.

It auto-saves. If you make a mistake, <CTRL>-Z to undo the latest changes.[/sblock]I moved the token but didn't see any 'save' option or the like.
