The remaining guards have not broken their morale, two of them scoring hits on the warrior woman as she left herself open. Charity took you blows to her armor from their guisarmes. But only the second one managed to break some skin. It was not serious, though.

The guard pinned against the wall, drew his short sword but missed Charity. The wounded guard backed up, but made a desperate swing of his polearm and connected again on the warrior woman.

The guard facing the cleric backed up again and swung at Yosephus. The guisarme was block in turn by Yosephus's morningstar.

The remaining guard hooked Aishe's ankle and dragged her down again.

Francis John slips into sight of two of the guards. His snakes climbs down the halfling's body and burrows into the snow several feet ahead, lying in wait.

The grating baritone of the halfling calls forth to all, but making sure to specifically eye up the closest guard. "Listen up you worthless excuses for guardsmen. I have slaughtered two of your best. Drop your weapons and unhand these fine folk, before you meet your demise like your friends."

The pig comes rearing up next to Francis, and lets loose some combination of growling and/or snorting.

Muttering some words under her breath, Charity pursues the injured guard, trying to strike him down before he can attack again. However, with the rain of blows falling on her, she finds it difficult to keep her bearing and her own thrust goes wide, skittering harmlessly off the man's armor.

Standard Action: Normal Attack on G2. Misses. I forgot to increase my attack roll to +8 for not power attacking, but the result is unchanged.
Swift Action: Lay on Hands, self. Total 3 dice including Greater Mercy. 10 healing.

R6 Normal Rapier Attack on G2: 1D20+6 = [7]+6 = 13
1D6+2 = [5]+2 = 7

Did pretty well initially, but got mauled after bringing up my shield and unable to hit even by switching to a more accurate attack. Oh well, maybe he'll panic and go for his sword like his buddy.[/sblock]

One left... better make it count. This time Aishe takes a better bead on her target, and throws with a little more force. Her blade whistles through the frigid air between her and her target, burying itself hilt deep in the unfortunate mans eye socket. He slumps to the ground, freeing Charity to turn her attentions to the guard bracing her.

Once more, the young girl leaps to her feet.

The remaining guards were still in the fight, despite hearing the news, but one of their number was shaken.

The continued to do battle with their guisarmes. The one near Charity shifted over while sheathing his short sword to bring his back into play again. But he missed the warrior woman.

The one trying to trip Aishe switched tactics and slashed around to try cutting her instead. The bladed weapon hit her armor hard, but she did not suffer serious injury.

The shaken guard stepped back adn tried dealing with the healer, but his swing was only half-hearted. it missed completely.

Yosephus tried again to wound the guard (#4) with his melee weapon. He took a big swing, hoping it would hit since he's mostly a healer. The morningstar hit the guard pretty good.

After that, the cleric glanced over at the halfing with a wild boar. The, he shouted at him, "Sir, please help me deal with these two guards!!"
