[M&M2e] New Generation Legacy OOC

Hurry up Victim! :) Also, anyone heard from Shal/Sollir?

Eh, how would a biochemical controller or a necromancer correlate to being some kind of lone wolf?

Eh, how would a biochemical controller or a necromancer correlate to being some kind of lone wolf?

Who would want to be around someone who can control your mind? Even without doing anything there would always be that "Are they making me do this?" thought floating in the back of people's heads and as a result I think people would subconsciously avoid that person.

As for the necromancer, its pretty much the same thing just in a more creepy kind of way. I can see the conversation now:

mook1: Hey Bill hows it going?
Necro: Not bad, your grandmother says hi.
mook1: My grandma has been dead for 5 years.
Necro: I know, I was talking to her last night.
mook1: Okay... well, I got to go. Talk to you later. </flee>

Of course that is from a NPC standpoint, in broad strokes of course, not all of them would avoid said characters but some would and that could lead down to the lone wolf concept.

As I stated before, I am not disallowing those concepts they actually sound pretty good but I just want to avoid that whole "I stand in the corner and brood" angle.

Heh.

Hey, mediums and psychics can supposedly speak to the dead, and those gullible enough to believe in them don't run away screaming.

Although I should mention that Victim's Dread Necromancer once suggested that in order to infiltrate an enemy Karnathi fortress, we should unleash shadows to wipe out the entire city as a diversion (and presumably a way to vastly increase her undead forces). Yeah, the group shot that one down. So I'm personally hoping for one of the other two concepts.

Brilliant! The best I can do is an alienist who thought that a painting on a wall was really a portal. (First adventure of the Age of Worms Adventure Path, if you're curious. The paintings were meant to be a clue so his focus on them wasn't completely unwarranted.) So he tried to walk through and bruised his nose. But undeterred, he assumed it must have a living-only filter and stripped himself naked to go through. When that didn't work, he tried walking through backwards. At this point the party began defining alternative strategies in terms of not being as dumb as my guy's ideas.

Poor Milo. He was an unrecognized genius.

This character wouldn't be all that crazy and wouldn't be in a total war with basically the entire continent either. Plus the whole point of mentioning that insane plan is to get everyone to quickly agree on a less destructive plan. But this wasn't just a crazy plan - it was something that she could actually pull off, if monstrous. That's why necro-minions written up in MnM would NOT have any Create Spawn BS.

The biochem controller would try to be more helpful than outright invasive. "Who wouldn't like to change somethings about ourselves? You just need a little help..."

Not sure about taking any drawbacks or something, any thoughts?

Seems pretty vanilla, but solid. Growth room in Super Strength, senses, and developing some attack APs (like eye beams :))

What is going on here?

Nothing, we aren't doing anything and you can't prove it otherwise. Besides they started it. :D

Wowies...I think Necromancer is right, cause this thing just doesn't stay dead. :p

You can't keep a good thing down, I have some big shoes to fill but I am going to give it my best shot.

Okay, here's pretty much what the paragon looks like:

Looks good at first glance Victim, I take it she is from the Singapore area?
