D&D 5E Magic Initiate & Favored Soul Domain Spells

Cure Wounds is a Paladin spell already, though. So you already *can* cast it -- no need to take Magic Initiate for that.

Yes I know but was looking for it to be an additional known Spell for the day. I was mainly taking the feat for Chill Touch due to the large amount of undead in the campaign based on Orcus. Having Cure Wounds as an additional known was just an extra bonus.

Well, you can get Cure Wounds with Charisma through Bard (but no chill touch),
or you can get Chill Touch with Charisma through Sorcerer (but no cure wounds),
or you can get both Chill Touch and Cure Wounds with cleric (but using Wisdom).

Ask your DM; offer to lose a cantrip to get them both through Charisma.
