I was going to say "Isn't that only racial bonus feats?"

... but now I'm not so sure.

The Monster Manual just notes that creatures with "bonus feats" can ignore prereqs; Fighters and Wizards who get bonus feats have an explicit note that they must still meet prereqs, while Rogues don't.

I guess someone could rig up something that would stab themselves with a spell storing weapon, or a buddy could hit you with it. Just have to make the spell targetted somehow.
