McFarlene's Spawn Conversion?

Has anyone done, or can point to, a conversion for Todd McFarlene's (sp?) Spawn? I've been considering writing up my own, but I want to see if anyone else has done some already.

But if I did, what would be the best way to handle it? Am thinking of using it as a template, as is can be applied to anyone and it isn't really appropriate as a PrC.

Any suggestions? Ideas? Information sources?

Inb the Bits n Pieces Forum is a sub Forum for Convertions, you might have better luck there.

That said I think it would simply be a template. Most of Spawns abilities came from what he used to be, his training and all of that.

An idea, because you have to have a blackened soul to gain the whole kit 'n cabootle, maybe you could have some black guard levels required before you can gain it. Or have killed a 100 + people(not monsters, humanoids.)
