I said it could be targetted from anywhere in the central room, so you have to step out into the room to target it. So I'm going to add a move to G2. Also, I assume your attack rolls go left-to-right.
Did you want to use Orb of Imposition on that?
I'm also going to change my ruling on slow/immobilize - it's getting too confusing. For the rest of this fight, immobilize overrides slow, so Shorrin only needs one save to cancel both.

The frostling ducks behind the railing, and Janus's magic passes over his head. It screams,
"They've killed our warriors! It won't be long before they close the fireplace gates! Hold them off - I will free the Guardian of the Keystone to crush these intruders. THE INVASION MUST NOT FAIL!" It unleashes another blizzard on the floor below and runs to a metal platform in the corner. It stands on the platform and stares upwards, concentrating. The platform begins vibrating.
The ice blast clears to reveal Shorrin bleeding further and Larinza lying unconscious on the ground, snow covering her body. Meanwhile the Icicle Hurler, obeying its master's last command, throws its ice spear at Shorrin, but misses. It begins to round the corner of the balcony to gain a vantage point where it can see Janus, but sinks slowly to its knees and falls unconscious. The frostling, staring intently at the ceiling, does not seem to notice.
The fireplaces pulse again, and three more shardlings emerge! From the northeast portal, one rounds the dining table and steps through the northern doorway. When it sees Balth it stops short and fires a quick blast at him, missing. From the southeast portal, one charges at Janus and swipes at him with its claws, but he ducks out of the way. From the southwest portal, one moves to the door and fires another blast at Janus, also missing.

Janus moves to G2 and casts Sleep, hitting the Icicle Hurler but missing the Frostling.
The Frostling's Icy Burst recharges:
Icy Burst recharge (1d6=5). It casts it at E4 (
Icy Burst vs Shorrin, then Larinza (targets Fort) (1d20+7=22, 1d20+7=22, 1d10+4=8)) hitting both Shorrin and Larinza for 8 cold damage and slowing them (save ends). On the first failed save they'll be immobilized (save ends). (This only affects Larinza since Shorrin's already immobilized.) Oops, that takes Larinza to 0. Then it moves to H2.
The Icicle Hurler throws an icicle at Shorrin:
Flying Icicle vs Shorrin (1d20+9=17, 1d6+2+1d6=4). Miss. It moves to C4 and makes its saving throw:

The fireplaces at J10, J1 and A4 recharge and disgorge more Shardlings.
